About This Position

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Arlington, VA

Join our Americas New Customer Solutions team as an Intern and play a pivotal role in deploying innovative digital technologies across operations in the Americas. This role offers a dynamic environment in an emerging and rapidly evolving industry, with considerable scope for individual impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze extensive operating data across multiple GWhs and a decade of operations.
• Develop and manage data pipeline architectures.
• Assemble complex data sets and build analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Create and manage scripts for data operations and cloud functionality.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to roll out new technological solutions.

What We Look For:

• Alignment with Fluence's core values and a passion for advancing energy storage technology.
• Proven experience with ETL scripting, Python, Linux, and cloud systems (AWS preferred).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL/noSQL databases and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and ability to thrive in a growth-driven, agile environment.
• A team player interested in technology's societal and industrial impact.
