Your Role and Impact as Data Science Leader

As our new Data Science Leader, Asset Management and Performance Advisory, you'll work with a talented team of data specialists. You'll become a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions for the future. You'll drive value, connect assets to strategy, and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and data analysts
• Contribute to securing new projects and building strong client relationships
• Manage the efficient delivery of high-impact projects leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and AI
• Design scalable solutions that solve data-intensive business problems efficiently
• Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with specialists in machine learning, data analytics, and data engineering

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and a commitment to continuous learning. Alongside your industry and consulting experience, you should also have:

• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field, such as computer science, data engineering, mathematics, or statistics
• Extensive knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases
• Strong quantitative analytics and structured problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in delivering projects leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI
• Track record of organic business development and growing existing client bases
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate within a matrix organization to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions
