Exciting Program Manager Opportunity in Data Science at Microsoft

The FUEL team within OXO is seeking an experienced Program Manager dedicated to delivering business value with data insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives, product engineering leaders, researchers, and data scientists to formulate data-driven solutions for complex business and decision-making problems.
  • Identify, integrate, and develop expertise with multiple data sources to tell insightful stories and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Interpret results, develop insights, and provide guidance on business risks and limitations.
  • Validate, monitor, and continuously improve methods while proposing enhancements to data sources for better usability and results.

Qualifications

  • Experience spanning the full software/service delivery lifecycle, including software engineering, program management, and data science/engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in shipping services.
  • An analytical mindset driven by hypothesis, with a passion for data and a bias for action.
  • Skilled in framing and participating in data-driven business decisions and measuring, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and concepts to leadership.
  • Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-dimensional data from various sources.
  • Proven team player with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
