We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Data Science Manager to collaborate with our Ads Platform and Experience product development teams, to enhance the ads experience for users while also working towards improving the advertiser experience on our platform. You will lead a team of seven product data scientists, working in collaboration with Product, Engineering, & Design teams to develop and execute an ambitious roadmap.

Responsibilities:
- Inspire, lead, and grow a team of data scientists to achieve our long-term vision.
- Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with Product, Engineering, and other partners to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
- Actively influence the design of the strategy and shaping of the roadmap.
- Create and enforce A/B testing, experimentation, and other statistical frameworks to assess product performance.
- Continually develop and execute on a Data Science roadmap and vision for your team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytical roles, preferably for a Product Data Science team.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., R / Python).

Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Reddit offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, generous time off for vacation, and parental leave. The base pay range for this position is $198,200 - $297,300 USD.
