Your Role and Impact

As a Data Science Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Your mission will be to deliver AI-powered products that revolutionize customer financial interactions. Your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models will drive the adaptation and fine-tuning of these technologies to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering across functional lines with technology and product leadership to apply state-of-the-art AI.
• Utilizing technologies such as Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and Hugging Face to uncover insights from vast datasets.
• Leading the full cycle of NLP model development from design to deployment in production systems.
• Effectively communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Location and Salary

This position is based in New York City (Hybrid On-Site) with a salary range of $201,400 - $229,900 for a Manager level Data Scientist, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation includes performance-based incentives.
