Role Summary

As a Data Science Manager, you will lead projects from a data science perspective, removing obstacles and finding creative solutions. You'll inspire a team and actively contribute to projects, staying abreast of pioneering techniques, tools, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a senior data scientist team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Hands-on leadership of data science projects, building data science products and solutions.
• Engage with senior-level stakeholders to identify problems, use cases, and translate business impact.
• Create proposals with technologists and business to drive innovation with defined success metrics.
• Utilize deep domain expertise in financial market content, data science, and LSEG data and products.
• Network with various stakeholders and communities, staying updated on leading-edge techniques, tools, and technology.

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing a team of senior, full-stack data scientists.
• Strong problem-solving skills: define, generate, evaluate, and identify solutions effectively.
