Key Responsibilities

As a Data Science Manager, you will:

• Lead and expand data science teams focused on delivering top-tier products.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends, solve problems, and capture opportunities.
• Manage the development of data resources, streamline data collection, and support the launch of new products.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights, performing predictive modeling and applying advanced statistical techniques.
• Develop and automate data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to support decision-making processes.
• Build solid relationships with key departments by translating strategic queries into structured analyses, setting success metrics, and defining analytical goals.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, root cause assessments, and hypothesis testing to improve operational efficiencies.
• Train and mentor team members in data-driven methodologies and decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, data processing infrastructures, and statistical analysis software (SQL, R, MATLAB, etc.).
• A strong ability to communicate results and insights to product and leadership teams.
• Experience in ETL processes and scripting languages like PHP, Python, or Perl.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $253,411 to $279,400 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Your individual pay package will be aligned with your skills, qualifications, and experience.
