Key Responsibilities

Utilize your leadership and analytical expertise to enhance Data Science and AI for the DoD. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their inquiries and dig into data-rich environments to uncover key insights. Lead and mentor technical teams, engage with stakeholders, and leverage the right tools and frameworks to turn disparate data points into actionable insights. Help DoD leaders make informed decisions by providing a deep understanding of their data.

Essential Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in project management, business analytics, or data science.

Consulting Skills: Proficiency in requirements gathering, project scope, and team management.

Metrics: Experience with business, project, or portfolio performance metrics, including analysis and reporting.

Tools: Proficiency with data science and visualization tools such as R, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.

Leadership: Experience in leading and developing junior staff.

Business Development: Familiarity with marketing and proposal activities.

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with major DoD initiatives or programs.

Expertise in AI, including machine learning and intelligence automation.

Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile Project Management, or Analytics Certification.

Salary range for this position: $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). This range is one component of our total compensation package.
