Role Summary

We focus on enhancing technology capabilities across business intelligence, data management, and data assurance. Your role will involve driving innovation, understanding and managing risk, and leveraging data to give our clients a cutting-edge advantage. As part of our dynamic Analytics and Insights Consumption team, you will:

• Analyze data to discover actionable insights.
• Address core business challenges for our clients using your analytical prowess.
• Apply visualization, statistical models, AI/ML techniques, and more to generate effective solutions.

What We Need From You

Required Experience & Skills:

• A minimum of 12 years hands-on experience in data science and analytics.
• Deep understanding of the retail sector, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in retail analytics, demand forecasting, and inventory management strategies.
• Advanced skills in machine learning domains including Regression, Classification, and Deep Learning using tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or MLlib.
• Excellent command over SQL and Python/Pyspark, and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for all modeling and analytics tasks.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with building ML models on cloud platforms (Azure ML, Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow).
• Skills in model explainability and interpretability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and incorporate user feedback into product development.
