Job Responsibilities

As a Data Science Senior Associate, you will:

• Lead data science initiatives in our Digital Process Discovery projects within the Middle Office Operations function.
• Utilize process mining techniques to analyze and enhance process behaviors, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Develop capabilities for real-time process monitoring by leveraging streaming data.
• Conduct data-driven root cause analysis to tackle process conformance issues and streamline operational inefficiencies.
• Manage comprehensive projects encompassing scoping, data collection and processing, modeling, as well as implementation and evaluation stages.
• Collaborate with our U.S. team to elevate the scope and efficiency of advanced process analytics.
• Engage with leadership to forge innovative Process Intelligence solutions and frame new use cases and ideas alongside the business.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of robust experience in statistical analysis, process mining, and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong grasp of libraries and frameworks conducive to predictive process mining and monitoring.
• Proven capability in delivering data analytics solutions to senior management, and translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with data pipelining and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
• Excellent partnership skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of internal teams across business and technology sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
