The Impact You'll Make

During your internship at Inception Labs, you'll tackle critical challenges and contribute to projects that evolve our robust tech-enabled drug discovery platform. You'll engage in:

• Analysis of extensive, novel biological datasets, enhancing our understanding as you leverage new experimental techniques.
• Development of advanced computational and statistical methods to guide decisions and assess new technologies.
• Designing and executing pivotal experiments that influence R&D strategy and feasibility evaluations.
• Collaborative problem-solving alongside a cross-functional team, driving innovative solutions that advance our company-wide objectives.
• Continuous learning in coding, statistical analysis, and scientific thinking to address complex challenges.

The Team You’ll Join

As part of Inception Labs within Recursion, you'll collaborate with an elite group of biologists, engineers, data scientists, and more, all dedicated to validating new technologies and methodologies that can transform the future of medicine.

The Experience You’ll Need

Ideal candidates should display a deep passion for our mission, coupled with a robust foundation in:

• Statistics, probability, and bioinformatics.
• Programming, preferably in Python, and handling large, complex datasets.
• Cancer biology and patient-derived data (these are preferred but not mandatory).

Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a PhD in a relevant field and be available for a 3-month, full-time internship.
