Job Opportunity: Data Scientist / Software Developer (m/w/d) in Customer Support

We are seeking a dynamic Data Scientist / Software Developer (m/w/d) for our Customer Support team. In this role, you will:

• Develop innovative software solutions for complex data analysis.
• Continuously improve data and software quality.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data.
• Create predictive models to optimize business processes, maintenance recommendations, and reduce machine downtimes.
• Play an active role in the digitalization of business processes and production facilities using artificial intelligence at leading companies.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A completed master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• A team-oriented mindset along with goal-oriented work practices and good communication skills.
• Good command of German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
