You will contribute data insights and construct analytical infrastructure. You will work with research and applied scientists to create models, prototypes, and experiments that advance AI research, laying the groundwork for innovative products and services. Your responsibilities will be: - Building robust data investigation, visualization, and collection pipelines to support large-scale machine learning model training and evaluation. - Researching, developing, and implementing automated algorithm deployment pipelines and processes. - Spearheading product delivery by working with the AI research team, engineering team, and product managers to convert insights into data products. - Teaming up with the product team to instrumentalize, acquire, develop, and structure data assets that are essential for measuring our products’ success. - Producing insights to accelerate business growth. - Advocating and distributing data products that drive action or improve products. Minimum qualifications: - Master's degree (or 3+ years of experience) in computer science, machine learning, product analytics, data science, or a similar technical field. - Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Python and SQL. - Experience with deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Jax, PyTorch). - Analytical problem solver passionate about using data and scientific methods to address business problems. - Expert in end-to-end data development, including data model design, quality review, deployment, and maintenance. - Enjoys building relationships and collaborating in a cross-disciplinary environment. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with data technologies that enable effective storage and analysis of large data volumes (e.g., Spark, Presto, Hive). - Experience with time series forecasting methods. - Full-time industry experience in deep learning research/product. - Proficiency in building and applying machine learning models for business applications. - Experience implementing high-performance, large-scale deep learning systems. - Strong programming skills, competitive in ACM-ICPC or other competitions, or open-source experience.
