Job Responsibilities:

As part of our Consumer and Business Intelligence team, you will:

• Identify and communicate significant trends and patterns in data related to consumer and business health.
• Collaborate with economists, econometricians, and other data scientists to explore emerging trends in income, spend, savings, and credit.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of data sources and maintain data quality.
• Effectively articulate insights and data-supported findings to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
• Contribute to a competitive, detail-oriented environment that values critical thinking and results.
• Prepare comprehensive presentations to communicate key findings to senior management, sponsors, and peers.
• Enhance the organization's continuous learning culture by introducing innovative ideas and perspectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• BS degree in a STEM-related field and at least 1 year of experience in an analytics role.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience with Python, SAS, R, or Alteryx.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to varied audiences.
• Robust analytical and critical reasoning abilities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a broad strategic perspective.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the Mortgage Banking or Financial Services industry.
