Key Requirements and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, point estimation, confidence intervals, numerical summaries, common distributions).
  • Experience in statistical modelling and regression analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming and statistical modelling using R and/or Python.
  • Understanding of package development is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
  • Interest/experience in machine learning models is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to review clinical protocols, understand study design, and subject visit schedules.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in KRI and data visualization design and centralized monitoring implementation.
  • Understanding of clinical trial data and data structure is ideal.
  • Knowledge of software development practices (Agile, Git, Testing/Validation strategies, containerization) is desirable.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Self-motivated and creative visionary.
  • Strong communication skills; capable of making a positive impact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working in a small, but growing, results-oriented team.
  • Responsibility for the consistency and quality of deliverables.

This role will require you to write reproducible, robust code, making an understanding of good software development practices or an interest in learning essential.
