Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development and global scaling of innovative chatbot technology using retrieval augmented generative (RAG) models to enhance our Customer Experience (CX). Your role will be pivotal in leveraging customer data to improve our products and services on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT SMEs to understand source data.
• Analyze large datasets to prepare and optimize data for RAG-based chatbot models.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges, focusing on RAG technology.
• Work with partners to gather requirements, design data models, and implement tailored RAG chatbot solutions.
• Standardize methods, tools, and processes for RAG chatbot development.
• Promote the adoption of insights from RAG chatbot analytics.
• Innovate in sourcing and applying structured and unstructured data for RAG chatbot models.
• Stay updated on AI/ML industry trends, with a focus on RAG technology.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and scaling chatbots using RAG technology.
• Proficiency in data wrangling, preprocessing, and visualization with languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with big data processing frameworks like Azure, Databricks, and Spark.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical partners.
• Proven track record of implementing RAG chatbot models with business value.
• Experience in customer analytics is a plus, especially with RAG technology.
