Job expired!

We are here because we believe in small businesses. We believe they deserve better than waiting weeks for a loan. We also believe it's our responsibility to help them grow.

We started in 2012 with these fundamental principles and have remained true to them, especially now that we are one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Europe. Along the way, we have developed the best tech platform in lending, earned several awards, and delivered over £3.5 billion in loans to more than 100,000 enterprises.

So, what's next? Our current goal is to assist one million businesses that need us. This will require new products and partnerships. Above all, we need smart, proactive individuals to join us on this journey and help us reach our objective.
