Job Description: Data Scientist, Support (GenAI)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Support Group, the team responsible for developing our in-house customer service tools. This includes support chat, operational tools for support agents, and self-service automation. We see exciting opportunities for applying machine learning and AI in this domain and are now expanding our data science team.

You will work in a cross-functional development team alongside engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts. Your role will involve leading data science projects with a noticeable business impact, handling the entire lifecycle of development from ideation to deployment and maintenance.

Potential projects may involve creating co-pilot tools for support associates and AI assistants for customers using cutting-edge AI technologies, as well as traditional machine learning and optimization problems.

Location: This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki or Stockholm, or you can work remotely from anywhere in Finland or Sweden.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Data Science enthusiast with the following qualifications:

• Experience in building Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solutions with tangible impact.
• Proficiency in developing data products with a focus on user experience.
• Capability to build production-level ML and AI solutions, including real-time applications and large-scale deployments.
• Strong understanding of Statistics, Machine Learning, AI, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Experience in working within an engineering team to solve complex problems with large-scale, real-time requirements.
• Interest in LLMs (Large Language Models) and GenAI and their applications in production environments.
