About the Expert Data Services Team

The Expert Data Services team offers exceptional professional services to Hyperscience clients, including some of the largest enterprises and government agencies globally. We specialize in training high-performance Machine Learning models using Hyperscience’s cutting-edge platform to tackle real-world challenges.

Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate Data Services Engineer to resolve complex problems in a dynamic environment using advanced AI technology. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including pre-Sales, post-Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Hyperscience software and independently handle both structured and unstructured use cases.
  • Execute data annotation projects for diverse document types and data sets.
  • Develop expertise in different industry documentation use cases.
  • Identify and improve data annotation guidelines with team collaboration.
  • Maintain high data quality standards through thorough review and quality assurance activities.
  • Foster teamwork and mentor Associate Data Service Engineers on annotation techniques and project requirements.
  • Predict and meet customer needs by consulting and regularly updating stakeholders, ensuring project success.
  • Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for product improvement to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in beta testing new product features as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Services, Implementation teams, and customers to develop and execute effective project plans.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in software, customer service, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree/ongoing studies in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn new software tools.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
