About the Role

As a Transformation Data Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Transformation Manager - Data and Reporting. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Defining, developing, and implementing data management and reporting strategies.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to develop and optimize data elements for transformation purposes.
• Facilitating the transition of existing reports to future state platforms as part of our transformation journey.
• Ensuring consistent and high-quality data outputs by adhering to Data Governance standards and working closely with Data Stewards.
• Guiding development and analytics teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

About You

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Significant experience in data domain design, data governance, and data platform implementation.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and implement industry standards.
• A strong understanding of current industry trends in data management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
