Department Overview

As part of our CMSO department, the Global Configuration Management team is committed to standardizing and enriching data delivery, optimizing data integration, and broadening the data content across our operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Configuration Operations Lead and CMSO Teams to manage and enhance CI, CMDB, and Fault Management Data for our customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will automate Event & Asset management-related tasks, contributing to our data management efficiencies.

Required Experience

• Profound knowledge of MS SQL Server, including Data Maintenance and Stored Procedures.
• Experienced in MySQL for Data Maintenance via scripts.
• Skilled in Data Analysis across multiple data sets.
• Familiar with APIs and Python for programming tasks.

Basic Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related Mathematical discipline and have at least 2 years of experience in Data Science or Data Programming. Minimal travel is required for this position and no relocation assistance is provided. This is an opportunity for experienced professionals looking to contribute to a leading team.
