Job Summary
The Operations and Supply Chain Data Specialist is essential in refining RTX’s global operations through precise data analytics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual proficient in converting complex data into strategic insights for senior leadership, focusing on cost reduction and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses on supply chain data to predict trends and optimize stock.
- Evaluate the impact of market trends and propose strategies for operational improvement.
- Create and implement robust analytical frameworks for monitoring supply chain resilience and sustainability.
- Innovate data collection and analysis methods to advance analytics capabilities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable intelligence for senior executives.
- Collaborate with Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon to enhance analytics and reporting processes.
- Support SIOP activities with predictive models for supply and demand planning.
- Drive Industry 4.0 technology initiatives to improve supply chain performance.
- Stay informed on global trade policies and proactively adapt supply chain strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into scalable actions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain/Operations and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Data Science.
- Experience with CORE and Industry 4.0 technologies or equivalent Six Sigma certification.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data science technologies.
- Hands-on experience with data mining, data exploration, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong quantitative skills with expertise in statistical modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage executive relationships.

The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $163,000, dependent on various factors such as experience, location, and skillset. Hired applicants may be eligible for a range of benefits and incentive programs.
