Job Summary:

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a meticulous and adaptive Data Specialist/Analyst to join our dynamic data analyst team. As a pivotal point of contact, you will be primarily responsible for processing and fine-tuning data received from the data administrator, leveraging advanced tools and techniques in Excel and Google Sheets to craft precise target audiences for various campaigns.

This role is crucial for the efficient preprocessing of campaign-specific data, such as account-based marketing lists and exclusion lists. Your expertise will minimize the need for further data scoping at the company level, enhancing the overall process efficiency and efficacy of our campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Matching:

• Evaluate and match account-based marketing and exclusion lists to refine the "targetable audience".
• Identify and rectify duplicates and/or invalid entries within provided data lists.

Audience Reporting:

• Develop detailed reports delineating the scope of the targetable audience for specific campaigns.
• Deliver insights that aid in decision-making regarding the viability of campaigns.

Coverage Management:

• Coordinate and regularly update the coverage report to maintain a current overview of campaign coverage.
• Analyze matched accounts to pinpoint and address coverage gaps, supporting data analyst teams in their decision-making process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Competence in utilizing add-ins to augment Excel functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for accurate data manipulation.
• Keen attention to detail for identifying data anomalies.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven problem-solving skills in data matching and audience reporting.
• Knowledge of data consolidation tools like Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Zoominfo, Leadiro, Infogenie) is desirable.
