Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Strategist to join our Data Management team. This role involves enhancing and overseeing the data capabilities that support the lifecycle of enterprise data at Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments of the current state of enterprise data and evaluate organizational data capabilities.
• Design and implement data operating models, including governance processes.
• Elicit business requirements and use cases from stakeholders.
• Develop future-state blueprints and translate business needs into sustainable long-term solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity and accuracy through complex SQL queries.
• Handle data resolution issues, proactively identify data quality problems, and devise solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation like Source to Target Mapping, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
• Communicate insights and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and ensure seamless execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Quality, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management or a related computer-based role.
• Experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range from $170,185 to $203,280 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and additional benefits. Compensation will reflect the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
