Your Role

We are seeking dynamic Data Strategy & Advisory Leaders to drive the expansion of our award-winning Data Practice. In this role, you will help build and run a data advisory consulting business, working with a talented team to deliver leading data strategies for top-tier Financial Services clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing client proposals, and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
• Define and implement data strategies.
• Enhance client data literacy through structured programs.
• Design and embed data management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee deployment and rollout of new data management tools.

You Will Also:

• Identify and research business development opportunities.
• Develop client relationships and strategic sales opportunities.
• Build market networks and enhance market awareness.
• Foster a collaborative culture and provide mentoring for the team.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about data and have a track record of driving data change to enable clients to achieve their business outcomes. To qualify for this role, you will have:

• 8+ years of data consulting experience, likely in a senior management or director role
• Partnering experience with financial institutions to shape and operationalize data strategies
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and influencing skills
• Deep understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles
• Experience with data management methodologies like DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC
• Experience defining and delivering regulatory responses
• Proven ability to manage business and technical teams on various projects
• Experience working in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management
• Proven experience in program execution, business analysis, and change management
