Role Overview

We are seeking a Wealth & Asset Management Data Strategy & Advisory Director to expand our award-winning Data Practice. As a respected authority in Wealth & Asset Management data, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to develop new business and deliver cutting-edge data strategies for top-tier clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving commercial growth of our Data Practice in Wealth & Asset Management
• Identifying and developing business opportunities
• Building and nurturing client relationships
• Developing market propositions to address client data challenges
• Creating a collaborative and empowering team culture

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities and develop compelling client proposals
• Drive client mapping, prospect identification, and pipeline management
• Shape data solutions to solve Wealth & Asset Management challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes
• Enhance market awareness of our UK Data Practice by building networks and relationships
• Contribute to internal and external innovation practices related to data
• Foster talent development through mentoring and coaching
• Manage and lead diverse project teams to deliver various data-driven outcomes

Key Skills and Experience

To qualify for this role, you should possess:

• 8+ years of senior management or director-level data consulting experience in Wealth & Asset Management
• Proven experience in providing data advisory at the C-suite level
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Expertise in Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles
• Proficiency in managing business and technical teams to deliver varied projects
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Experience in recruiting and developing data teams
