We are avidly searching for a seasoned Executive Director for Data Strategy, Management & Solutions to propel this initiative within our Internal Audit Chief Data Office.

Key Role Objectives and Opportunities

As the Director of Data Strategy, Management & Solutions, you will lead the strategic overhaul towards a data-centric business model, significantly impacting our internal processes and external services. Your expertise will directly influence the execution of our robust Internal Audit Data Strategy, integrating AI/ML innovations and refining data lifecycle management across our global operations.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of the Chief Data Office, optimizing the Data Program to consistently deliver impactful business results.
  • Steering the development and application of the Data Strategy roadmap, profoundly affecting our auditing processes.
  • Overseeing Data Management, enhancing data quality and fostering innovation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Implementing strategic data warehousing and data lake solutions, and ensuring efficient data integration and utilization in line with firmwide policies.
  • Designing and refining analytical models using advanced business intelligence and statistical tools.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop AI-driven solutions, optimizing our data management practices.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this pivotal role, you should bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years in high-level roles focused on Data Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Profound knowledge in data architecture, modeling, and security among other data management domains.
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation languages like SQL, R, Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to manage complex intra-departmental and cross-functional projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Over 5 years of Financial Services experience in areas such as Risk Management or Compliance.
  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields like Business or Data Science or professional certifications in data-related disciplines.
