About the Service & Team:

The Cornwall Pension Fund, an integral part of Cornwall Council, efficiently manages our local government pension scheme with a dedicated team of over 30 professionals based at Pydar House in Truro, Cornwall. We are committed to providing top-tier support to members and employers affiliated with the Local Government Pension Scheme in our region.

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Data Team Leader to oversee the Employer Data Team at the Cornwall Pension Fund. A focus on maintaining high Data Quality standards, processing critical data, and supporting the team are pivotal aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team officers, managing workloads, and providing crucial advice and support to scheme employers. You will coordinate closely with the Employer Services Manager to meet Data Quality targets and compile reports for the Pensions Committee and Local Pension Boards. This role is key in ensuring our administrative functions continue to evolve and adapt efficiently in response to changing regulations and employer needs.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site at Pydar House, Truro.
