About the Position

We are currently seeking a Data Vendor Specialist based in Madrid or Barcelona. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to contribute to Clarity AI’s mission in a multicultural, flexible, and fast-paced environment. As a Data Vendor Specialist, you will work closely with our Product team and manage relationships with third-party data partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform market research and due diligence of third-party data vendors to select the best alternatives.
  • Maintain ongoing conversations and relationships with data vendors.
  • Ensure the pipeline of third-party data vendors is current and comprehensive.
  • Conduct data analysis to assess vendor usage across business units.
  • Support legal teams with contract definitions and data rights compliance.
  • Collaborate across business lines to achieve shared goals and strategic options.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (Minimum C1 level).
  • Passionate about sustainability and societal impact.
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL and/or Python experience preferred.
  • CRM user experience; Salesforce preferred.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and understand vendor contracts.
  • Detail-oriented with a business-oriented mindset.
