Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Specialist to join our Analytics Capabilities and Practices team. This role focuses on building advanced analytical capabilities, including data science, predictive modeling, dashboarding, and data stewardship. Our team is forward-looking, identifying emerging analytics trends and tools to ensure we have the skills and capabilities required to support Data & Analytics Customer Operations, both now and in the future.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Expertise in Reporting and Business Intelligence
• Experience in building Dashboards
• Familiarity with testing web applications, user interfaces, and cross-browser compatibility
• Participation in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress and results
• Continuous updates and improvements to report testing documentation and knowledge base
• Providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing observations
• Development of insightful and actionable visualizations from large and complex data sets
• Preparation and integration of various data sets from different systems for visualization purposes
• Facilitation of processes promoting consistent use of visualization standards
• Creation of robust and reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization methods
• Organization, definition, and management of projects as needed
• Engagement with stakeholders at all levels to capture and understand requirements and use cases

Tools & Capabilities

• Power BI: Familiarity with DAX functions and various types of visuals (certification preferred)
• Excel: Mandatory
• SQL or any programming background: A plus
• Reporting capability in Jira and Salesforce: A plus
• Jira Service Management: Connecting Jira dashboards using connectors
• Project/task management reports from Asana tool
• Salesforce reports

Desired Skills

• At least 2 years of Power BI visualization related experience
• Experience in leading a group in project building
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a team setting
• Experience partnering with multiple resources on projects
• Working knowledge of tools and processes such as Sales, Order Management, and Legal Strategy Group
• Up-to-date with business needs and current technology trends
• Intermediate to deep understanding of data pipelining, data structures, and data modeling
