Role Overview:

As a Data Visualizations Development Manager, you will lead projects centered around cutting-edge data visualization and reporting. This includes developing applications using R Shiny, custom UI development with JavaScript/CSS, and data manipulation with R or SAS. Your work will support transformative analysis through tools like ggplot2, plotly, and dplyr, enhancing our ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tools using R Shiny as the reporting layer.
• Create sophisticated UIs with JavaScript/CSS.
• Manage pre-processing and data manipulation with R/SAS.
• Generate complex graphs for statistical analysis, including DAGs and Sankey diagrams.
• Maintain and enhance a library of standard R programs.
• Write and develop database procedures and schemas.

Position Specifications:

This is a Remote Only role, ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment. While our BMS Hyderabad location follows different protocols, our global staff enjoys the freedom to innovate from wherever they are.

Who We Need:

We are seeking candidates with:

• 4-6 years of experience in digital tech, mobile, and analytics.
• Expertise in R, Shiny server operations, full-stack development, and clinical/statistical programming.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data visualization/analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
