Job Description

As part of our team, you will bring:

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years focused on database, ETL, or Power BI development.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the energy to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to understand client requirements and interact effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the best practices and advancements in Power BI.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proficient approach to challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities

Mandatory:

• Strong foundation in data modeling, including designing and deploying database schemas.
• Advanced SQL capabilities, with a focus on performance tuning and script creation in T-SQL.
• Development and upkeep of SSIS ETL platform/applications.
• Capability to diagnose, resolve database access, and optimize performances to enhance efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into robust data models for actionable insights.
• Expertise in Power BI, encompassing Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server, and data modeling.
• Ability to handle setup for data gateways and data preparation efficiently.
• Create visually engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Familiarity with third-party custom visuals like Zebra BI.
• Proficiency in DAX functions and writing complex queries.
• Understanding of star and snowflake schemas, along with strong DWH concepts.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate.
• Knowledge of C#, .Net, and Tabular Models.
• Ability to manage JSON data.

Education

Mandatory: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree preferred.
