Role Overview: Decision Scientist II

In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data to deliver actionable insights, tackle complex problems, and drive strategic decisions within our Marketing Science division. Your expertise will guide the evolution and effectiveness of our vast marketplace, benefiting both job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop KPIs, and create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Leverage data to pinpoint enhancements in user acquisition and ROI.
• Transform vague issues into analytical questions with clear, data-driven resolutions.
• Design compelling data visualizations and presentations to articulate findings to stakeholders.
• Become a domain expert on the technical and business mechanisms that drive our marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Analytics, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL and intermediate Python capabilities.
• A robust analytical method for problem-solving.
• Practical knowledge in A/B testing and causal inference methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of Bayesian statistics and Python or R programming.
• Experience in utilizing machine learning frameworks.
• Over 5 years’ experience in relevant fields, including performance marketing.
