Position Summary

As a Decision Scientist in our Retail Pharmacy Operations Analytics team, you will apply your extensive knowledge in strategy consulting, analytics, and data engineering. You will lead pivotal projects, harnessing analytics to make transformative decisions. This role demands expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python to develop operational reporting and strategic insights that influence our business.

Your role will be fundamental in consulting with internal clients to deploy data-driven solutions that address business challenges. You'll harness your knowledge of mathematical analysis, statistical methods, and predictive modeling to enhance our analytics capabilities, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in programming with R or Python.
• Experience in SQL and advanced data visualization tools.
• Proven track record of leading projects with significant business impact.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Advanced knowledge in mathematical analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Higher education in a quantitative field or an MBA.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field is required, with a Master’s Degree or MBA being highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Our pay range for this role is $75,705 to $175,100, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the competitive salary, employees are eligible for bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement plans, and much more.
