We're looking for an experienced GCP Cloud Consultant to join our EY-Consulting-DET (Digital & Emerging Technologies) Team. Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct GCP Cloud adoption and migration maturity assessments.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to develop POVs, Position Papers, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Architect end-to-end GCP solutions for landing zones, applications, and data.
• Recommend architecture improvements and process enhancements.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and security.
• Hands-on experience in building GCP environments and migrating workloads.
• Coding experience in Python and understanding of Generative AI.
• Participate in recruitment and maintain team competence in GCP technologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and facilitate resolutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Experience in system architecture design and GCP cloud implementation using Visio, PowerPoint, DrawIo.
• Ability to identify gaps in cloud adoption and GCP technology implementation.
• Expertise in cloud-native principles and infrastructure management tools like Terraform.
• Proficiency in designing microservices and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Experience in SRE practices and agile methodologies.
• Experience in creating sustainable systems through automation.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

• Degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• 12+ years in cloud applications and large-scale cloud transformation projects.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in GCP, including Cloud Infra and migration.
• Experience in change management strategies and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Data Warehouse, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Additional experience in OpenShift, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• Certifications in GCP - Professional Cloud Architect (mandatory), Cloud Network Engineer, Cloud Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Database Engineer
