Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer specialized in Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to join our team in Alfragide. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing GenAI solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, high-performance solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a focus on GenAI algorithms.
• Proven experience in the design and development of GenAI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in programming with Python.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
• Knowledge of AI architecture.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and MLOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines development, using Docker or Kubernetes, and versioning tools.
• Experienced in working with Azure cloud, particularly AI services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of the architecture of GenAI solutions.
• Develop complex GenAI solutions, ensuring their optimization for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration and implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) in GenAI to demonstrate feasibility and innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, promoting an environment of continuous growth and learning.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work from the office in Alfragide for three days a week. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Python in both backend and frontend scenarios.
