What We're Looking For

We are looking for a DevOps Lead (Remote, Dubai) with the following qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in DevOps, with extensive expertise in the AWS environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a DevOps team.
• Strong skills in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructures predominantly on AWS.
• Proficiency in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automating software deployments.
• Excellent understanding of infrastructure as code, using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in leading technical teams and fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
