Position Overview:

Inova Health System's Fairfax Hospital invites candidates to apply for the role of Diagnostic Imaging Technical Lead. This full-time position involves a fixed schedule of Monday to Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, including holidays and call rotation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain clinical history and consent to assist physicians in optimizing examination procedures.
• Coordinate training and scheduling for new team members and students to enhance productivity.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean environment, ensuring patient and staff safety.
• Manage equipment operation and maintenance according to high standards, including troubleshooting and quality control testing.
• Engage in additional roles and responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Availability to work overnight shifts from Monday to Thursday, including holidays and call duties.
• Graduate of an accredited school/program of radiography.
• At least 3 years' Imaging experience in modalities such as Cat Scan, Mammography, MRI, or Nuclear Medicine.
• Required certifications: ARRT, ARMRIT, CAMRT, or NMTCB with additional certification in specific imaging modalities; BLS; CPR.
