We're seeking a skilled Digital Technology Specialist to join our dynamic Small, Medium, and Corporate team, supporting businesses through their digital transformation journeys with Microsoft Cloud solutions. This role is based in our Digital Sales center or a local subsidiary and plays a crucial part in aiding both managed and scale customers across various industries and geographies.

About the Role

As a Digital Technology Specialist, your goal is to drive the adoption and growth of Azure Data Services within a diverse set of accounts. You will engage directly with customers to design and implement tailored solutions that meet their business needs, leveraging Microsoft's cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and partners to understand their business requirements and challenges.
• Designing and delivering compelling demonstrations and proof of concepts of Microsoft Cloud solutions, primarily focusing on Azure Data Services.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to resolve customer pain points and promote best practices with in-depth technical insights.
• Leading technical strategy development and removing technical blockers to enhance customer investment in Microsoft technology.
• Shaping customer engagements and driving technical decision-making processes.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data modernization, analytics, and AI technologies.
• Supporting partner collaborations to amplify impact across customer accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in both English and Korean.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or architecture roles.
• Expertise in SQL Server, cloud migrations, Cloud Scale Analytics, or Data Governance.
• Strong familiarity with Azure and other cloud technologies.
• A customer-focused approach with proven experience in consultative technical sales.
