About the Role:

We are searching for a seasoned professional with extensive business intelligence implementation experience to contribute to our data-oriented solutions. This role entails delivering on major initiatives, conducting ad-hoc analyses, reporting, handling multiple data requests, and leading team projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead BI analysts in identifying and tracking key KPIs relevant to the business.
• Work with business and leadership teams to define critical KPIs and metrics, supporting cross-functional teams, managing performance, and seeking improvements.
• Develop and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Leverage business partner resources to increase BI adoption and impact.
• Build strong relationships at the executive level.

What You'll Need:

• 15+ years of experience with leadership skills and a track record of delivering enterprise analytics.
• Manage a team responding to time-sensitive business intelligence requests from stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of data management and architecture.
• Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Experience with advanced data analytics strategies, including Data Architecture, Data Science, AI Over BI, and Data Products.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), databases (Snowflake), and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Bonus Points:

• Experience on the client-side, as well as vendor/consultant, and agency consulting.
• Work background in a SaaS company and building SaaS business metrics.

The salary range for this position in the U.S. is $160,000 - $260,000 per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Factors determining salary include work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
