Job Description: Director Clinical Services, Diagnostic Imaging and Neurodiagnostics

As the Clinical Director, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of Clinical Services across three sites, aligning with Osler's corporate strategic plans. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services, this role emphasizes leadership in delivering the Diagnostic Imaging and Neurodiagnostics programs, fostering collaboration, and achieving top-tier healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational management across multiple sites ensuring the delivery of effective outcomes.
  • Leadership of the Diagnostic Imaging and Neurodiagnostics programs in partnership with medical directors.
  • Development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Evaluation of program effectiveness and implementation of improvement strategies to achieve excellence in healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of experience in a clinical setting, with five years in a significant managerial role.
  • Experience working within the Canadian or Ontario healthcare system is preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex healthcare operations.
