Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Director of Data & Analytics to lead our teams and innovate within our client projects. This key role involves developing conceptual frameworks for client strategies, enhancing relationship marketing capabilities, and steering marketing strategy through collaborative synergy. This position is a hybrid role, mandating three days of office presence each week.

Your Impact:

  • Act as a pivotal point for internal teams and a liaison for client groups.
  • Drive business development within the scope of current client engagements.
  • Create and contribute to strategic intellectual assets for both clients and internal use.
  • Formulate and execute strategic planning projects for clients.
  • Partner closely with account teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Generate and present new business proposals to clients.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and participate in the hiring process.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships and synergies across the agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing consulting, advertising, or interactive roles.
  • Profound expertise in the digital space and in syncing marketing strategies with business needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects across various teams.
  • Availability to travel as required.
