What You'll Do

As a technology and people leader, you'll guide a team of skilled engineers, manage complex projects, and drive strategic visions that align with our company goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading decision-making processes and setting technical direction.
• Managing and expanding your team, emphasizing diversity and collaboration with our recruiting team to attract top talent.
• Designing and implementing robust data engineering solutions, ensuring efficient data operations across ServiceTitan’s platforms.
• Developing tools and processes for autonomous data handling and analysis, enhancing user experience within our data ecosystem.
• Implementing and advocating for best practices in data governance, compliance, and security.

What You'll Bring

Your background in Computer Science or a related field, combined with extensive experience in data and software engineering, will set you up for success. We are looking for:

• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, and deep knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Robust skills in SQL and management of data infrastructures on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven leadership skills with at least 7 years of team management experience.
• A track record of innovative data architecture design and effective project management.
