Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Management Lead, you will be integral to delivering master data that supports global processes across the data network. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying deviations, nonconformances, and gaps, and deploying automation and quality improvements.
• Owning standard work deployment initiatives as per AZ SS guidelines.
• Providing analysis and support for various projects including E2E - Global Operation Launches (GOLTS), Divestments, Acquisitions, Commercial Supply Chain, and more.
• Managing team priorities and capacities to ensure seamless work delivery in accordance with BAU timelines and business requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong teammate with a belief in partnership, appreciation, and collective responsibility.
• Expertise in SAP S4 Hana, Warehouse, and Data Science AI/ML and visualization capabilities.
• Proven process improvement skills aligning with Enterprise best practices and standards.
• Experience in collaborator and talent management, maintaining good partnerships across functions.
• Experience working in a global organization with a complex, geographically diverse Data Ops team.
• Agile, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Effective verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Science or Engineering with management experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on expertise with SC Master data objects like material master, PIR, etc., including investigating and validating data queries using SAP ECC, APO, OMP, and MDG.
• Experience in E2E automation of design and support as a Business or Process Guide in Data Operations.
• Skilled in Business Process & Data Architecture, Data Standards & Policies within the E2E Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Support in demand management to balance BAU run activity, project contributions, data quality, and documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in building efficiencies around processes and establishing a strong delivery framework supporting standardized operating procedures for effective data management processes.
• Deep technical acumen in Data Foundational technologies such as MDG, cataloging, DQ, Master Data Management & Reference Data Management capabilities.
• Process improvement expertise (LEAN, Six Sigma) and Project Management skills are preferred.
