Job Description

The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is looking for a visionary Director, Data Science Management to lead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications on our AI-powered Now platform. This role will not only enhance our existing intelligent software capabilities but also drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies into groundbreaking, industry-leading work experiences for our customers.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate: Work closely with engineering and product teams to incorporate AI technologies into the ServiceNow product roadmap.
  • Innovate and Build: Develop powerful, scalable AI solutions, focusing on elegance in architecture and reusability of components, possibly defining new frameworks for numerous use-cases across industries.
  • Influence: Shape the future of AI initiatives by influencing leaders and stakeholders within ServiceNow with your strategic vision.
  • Leadership: Lend your expert knowledge in prestigious forums and contribute insightful research, enhancing ServiceNow's position as a pioneer in AI technology.

Qualifications:

Prospective candidates should hold a Master’s Degree or PhD with extensive experience in engineering or AI/ML domains, and demonstrable success in innovative AI projects. Hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies is essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to think from first principles in AI development will be critical for success in this role.

For eligible candidates, we offer a competitive salary range of $233,500 - $408,500, equity options, and inclusive benefits depending on your location within the Bay Area.
