Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Director, Lead Data Specialist, you will be a crucial part of the Commercial Data Solutions team. This role supports the US Product & Pipeline and Customer Engagement teams by enabling data-driven decisions across our Oncology, CVR, and WHC Franchises.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading the strategy and management of business-critical data assets.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to drive strategic decision-making through rigorous data analysis.
• Developing data strategies that align with business needs and enhance data governance and quality.
• Transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Acting as a central point of contact for data-related inquiries and leading a team of data specialists.

This position not only requires strong analytical skills but also exceptional leadership to manage teams and maintain cross-functional relationships that contribute to our impactful goals.

Who You Are

Successful candidates will embody Bayer's LIFE values and possess the following qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree with proven leadership in the pharmaceutical or health-tech industries; Strong grasp of data management principles and advanced analytics.
• Preferred: Over 12 years of experience, MBA or MS, and a deep understanding of technology-led business strategy transformation.
