About the Role

As our new Director of AI Research, your guiding force will redefine the frontier of image and video enhancement. Managing a sharp team of researchers, you'll dive deep into the development of cutting-edge deep learning and generative models tailored for visual media challenges. Beyond team management, your role extends to analyzing customer feedback and leveraging image data, continuously honing our technology to perfection based on real-world applications.

About You

Your credentials include:

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Over 5 years of experience leading R&D teams in both corporate and academic settings.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in CNNs and pivotal computer vision architectures.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest deep learning research, particularly in image or video enhancement.
• Photography passion and programming skills are a plus.
