About the Role: Director of Data Analytics

Our Data & Analytics team is searching for a highly driven and analytical Director of Data Analytics to lead a dynamic, cross-functional team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead data-driven decision making and deliver actionable insights that drive JLL’s key client innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data and BI analysts, client delivery managers, data architects, and data governance specialists.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and translate these into a coherent, scalable data strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the data supply chain from ingestion and integration to transformation, modeling, and reporting.
• Establish robust governance and quality controls to ensure data integrity.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover hidden insights and opportunities.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision making, equipping your team and stakeholders with the necessary tools, skills, and data literacy.
• Continuously optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance team speed, agility, and impact.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, BI, and advanced analytics with hands-on experience in tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS QuickSight.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace Amazon's leadership principles.

Compensation:

Estimated compensation for this position is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD per year. The pay range listed includes total compensation with potential bonuses. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed, with an employment offer based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market alignment.
