About The Role

Are you passionate about leading programs that align with critical business objectives and develop large-scale products and platforms? We are seeking a Director, Technical Program Management, to join our Enterprise Product & Platform organization. This role involves a high technical acumen, experience in spearheading large-scale enterprise initiatives in data management and engineering, and the ability to influence diverse teams and leaders across engineering, product management, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale enterprise initiatives in data management and engineering.
• Mentor and expand the Technical Program Management (TPM) discipline within the team.
• Lead technology-driven discussions with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across various functions, including product, engineering, design, and data science.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• Experience with data analytics or machine learning
• Expertise in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services, particularly AWS
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Leadership experience in managing large and complex programs
• Master's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• Experience in multi-cloud environments

Compensation

The annual salaries for this role vary by location:

• New York City: $233,100 - $266,000
• San Francisco, California: $246,900 - $281,800
• Remote: $197,500 - $225,400

Besides the salary, the role is eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
