Job Overview:

As a Document Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in converting physical documents into digital formats, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. This full-time position is based in our client's office, integrating directly with their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle time-sensitive and confidential documents with care.
  • Operate advanced Image Scanners to digitize documents.
  • Ensure scanned images meet specific quality and accuracy standards.
  • Manage records, perform data entry, and code documents efficiently.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Uphold our high standards of organization and quality at the facility.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience with Image/OCR scanning in a production setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Physical ability to handle office and maintenance equipment.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours as needed, potentially during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

Earn between $16.75 and $20.94 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance and individual contribution.
